  • The item is returned with all original packagingtags, and any included accessories.
  • The item is not marked as final saleclearance, or any other condition where returns are not accepted (such items will be specified at the time of purchase).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Final Sale or Clearance items.
  • Intimate apparelswimwear, or personal care products.
  • Items that have been damagedworn, or washed.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
  3. Carefully pack your item(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • If you choose to exchange the item, we will send you the new item once we receive and process the return.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Late Returns
